NextMe offers multiple subscription plans to fit your business needs. Below you will find information about our plans, billing, free trial, and cancellation policy.

Billing & Payment
All paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, a secure payment processing platform. When you upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days in your current billing period. Downgrade changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Free Trial
New users can try NextMe free for 1 month with the Free plan. No credit card is required to start. The Free plan includes up to 100 tickets per day and 1 location. After the trial period ends, you can upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the service.
Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. After cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then you will be moved to the Free plan. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period as you continue to have access until the period ends.
