Get started with NextMe easily - from setup to daily operation
Register Your Location
After logging into your dashboard, go to 'New Location' and enter your business information. The subdomain will become the URL for your ticket dispenser.
- Enter your location name (displayed to customers)
- Choose your subdomain (e.g. your-shop.nextme.info)
- Set up staff login credentials
Choose Issuance Method
Select the ticket issuance method that suits your business operations.
User Issuance
Customers take their own tickets. Place a tablet at reception for customers to tap and get their ticket.

Staff Issuance
Staff issues tickets to customers. Use the desktop app to issue and print tickets on a receipt printer.

Set Up the Mobile App
Download the mobile app from the dashboard and enter the authentication code to link it to your location. Set up the app on a tablet at reception so customers can take their own tickets.
The authentication code is unique to each location. Regenerating the code will invalidate the previous one.
Customers Take Tickets
When customers tap the 'Take a Ticket' button, they receive a ticket number. By scanning the QR code, they can check their waiting status on their smartphone.

Customers are notified on screen when it's their turn. They can wait anywhere worry-free.
Call Numbers (Admin Panel)
Staff log into the ticket management site to call numbers. The simple interface means anyone can use it right away.
- Click 'Call Next' to call the next customer
- Use 'Absent' to skip if customer is not present
- Click 'Call Next' or 'Complete' when service is finished
- View waiting customers list in real-time
Set Up the Desktop App
For staff issuance, use the dedicated desktop app 'NextMe'. Get the authentication code from the dashboard and enter it in the app to link it to your location.

Set Up Printer Connection
Connect a printer from the desktop app settings. Click the settings icon (⚙) to open the printer configuration.
Connect a receipt printer (ESC/POS compatible) to automatically print tickets. Supports USB, Bluetooth, and WiFi connections.
Printer connection is available only in the desktop app. The web version (browser) does not support printer connection.
Staff Issues Tickets
Issue tickets from the desktop app and print them on a receipt printer to hand to customers. You can also call numbers from the same app.
